Very repetitive and if no work is coming your way on the line you are left doing nothing but twiddling your thumbs . Kind of boring . The computers should have Internet access to an extent ..

Politics, Lower management is pathetic, Upper management does not care if an employee leaves. They just run behind sales and has no respect and value for hard work. Retention of people is very poor.

Excellent employer with great opportunities. It is a challenging environment that some people thrive in. Everyone gets the opportunity to work with very professional people

Cons

Challenging company where weaknesses are often called out to give each employee the opportunity to address. Sometimes this can be seen as negative but from a career perspective I found this a great approach
