Not too many cons to be honest. Culture can be very metrics driven but isn't everywhere now. Generally individuals tended to get recognised ahead of team performances.

Many unqualified and inexperienced managers make this a difficult place to work. Promotions are at the whim of senior management. many hardworking and talented people are ignored, while unqualified people are promoted over experts. Certain divisions are run in a dictatorial fashion with no balance or crosstrained senior management, as a result people have no recourse to air their grievances without fear of retaliation.
