      It is a large company, with a pretty good decent benefits package. Scheduling is flexible. Location is convenient.

      Cons

      It seems that many times the environment is very political. To advance, it seems like it is all about who you know, rather than what you know.

      Pros

      Good benefits, fair workload (in most areas), good employee skills, comparable compensation plans as compared to similar companies in the area.

      Cons

      Company with the right ideas but very immature managment to implement. Most move up through the ranks during a quick growth period, but don't have the background to move the company to the next level.

      Great Benefits including health care, holidays vacations and flexible hours. Ability to work with all levels of the organization without a lot of red tape. Oportunities for travel and advancement.

      Cons

      It is a publicly held company so they are always trying to please the stock holders with the bottom line results. Sometimes too short sided and they do not make long term decisions.
