      Work life balance is good. Some what takes care of its employees.

      Cons

      Upper and middle management needs to improve on leadership skills. Management is not competitive and hands off.

      Pros

      From daily activities, there was not a lot of 'new activity'. It was easy to be bored due to a lack of stimulation. Management was super supportive and treated you like human beings and like they genuinely cared. Summary, great company to work for, stability, but a lack of excitement if you are one who craves learning.

      Cons

      Other departments may work at a faster pace and pursue new technologies, etc, but quality engineering did not.
