      Many colleagues were kind and helpful. They were happy to answer questions and worked well as a team, for the most part.

      Cons

      The people responsible for training new hires had an overall lack of understanding of rudimentary concepts. They would argue their point with little to no understanding of the repercussions of their actions, including audit risk. Based on how they handled writing MDR reports, I would not want my worst enemy to deal with a Boston Scientific implantable device.
