      Pros

      BSC has always been supportive of anything I have going on at home with my family and during Covid times they have gone above and beyond - kid care, emotional support, practical tips - I've not heard of another company being so proactive! If a company cares about your family, they care about you and will invest and encourage you through various stages of your career.

      Young managers could use more senior mentorship.

      Pros

      BSC has always been a great place to work but it has really shown through during COVID. While a lot of companies have experienced challenges I believe BSC went the other direction to go above and beyond to ensure employees well being during the heart of pandemic. A few highlights: Employee centric company Great benefits Supports work life balance, especially for those with family. Clear career paths Numerous opportunities to join employee resource groups Strong values around support of the community and volunteerism

      Cons

      BSC has had a lot of success in recent years and has grown really fast. Some of the facilities are bursting at the seams because the company can't expand fast enough. COVID has actually allowed some of the projects to catch back up to the growth.
