Employee-centered and a leadership culture of transparency

I have many great things I could share about working for BSC but will share one for now. I've been with the company now for 4 years and have always been impressed at the culture of transparency that the management and executive leadership teams espouse. Like many companies, BSC had to make some adjustments during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. For many this was a period of uncertainty, with many companies laying people off etc. For us at BSC during this pandemic transition (to remote work, new onsite procedures etc.), there was constant communication trickling down from the execs through our immediate managers; and difficult decisions (limited furlongs) where communicated delicately with a lot of compassion, empathy and logical reasoning of how such decisions were reached. The way the company responded to the pandemic re-affirmed my believe in BSC's strong values and culture. Blessed to work for this company.
