      Monthly company meetings to ensure everyone knows expectations and predicted changes

      Management not really interested in employee issues, thier focus is on the bottom line and not how to get there in a way that works well for all teams within the site. Management says what you want to hear but does not deliver on promises to make work flow better for the team.

      Pros

      I work with incredibly smart, passionate people who care as much about the company's success and well-being as they do about each other's. Leadership wants to do the right thing and actively seeks employee feedback to make sure that's what they're doing. Yes, there is a LOT of work to do in my role but flexibility is important so I'm not only able to make it work, I *want* to make it work. I couldn't have asked for a more rewarding job.
