      Pros

      Flexible, patient interaction, every day is different, good balance between time spent in OR and in clinic for follow up appts with patients, making a difference in people’s lives. Company itself is incredible and takes care of its employees.

      Cons

      Can’t think of a con for the company. The job itself can be demanding and stressful at times, but overall I wouldn’t change a thing.

      Overall compensation and benefits, including onsite fitness center with classes, company-sponsored motor coach from Boston to Marlborough to reduce stress and commuting costs. Great name brand recognition. Appreciation for diversity and inclusion. Great in-house resources and know-how.

      Cons

      Organization is very big and matrixed. It can be hard to get visibility and exposure to executive leadership.
