Potentially difference experience depending on what area you are working in

A lot of pressure from line leads, initial temporary contract can be extended a few times before they offer a permanent one. On a temporary contract employee is not allowed to miss any days and sick days still count as absence. I found they are not understanding towards that, had someone close pass away and they still have me a strike 1 for not coming in. They have a three strike system and don’t tolerate tardiness. Also for your breaks you have to come back early to gown up and wash your hands, as you have to be in your station exactly at the end of break, I was given out for leaving 2 minutes before hand as I need to go to the toilet. So over all very strict and repetitive work
