Pros
BSC has been able to put to work together an excellent team of professionals. There is respect for no matter the level. Management really care for the employees.
Cons
Many times the organization may impose on themselves to exceed the goals (which is not bad) but that may impose on the lower levels excess of work, maybe either because it is too much to handle at the same time, or the necessary tools are not available.
