      Pros

      Mike Mahoney has done a brilliant job turning around the company. The results are what almost any leader would want for their company, workforce that is dedicated, culture that is healthy, innovative products, and great place to work. It's a low BS / low politics culture where results are expected and rewarded, and self promotion is not.

      Cons

      Really aren't any cons to speak of, it's a great place. Maybe only area to mention is doing more to recognize and reward functional contributions in addition to bu contributions.

      Pros

      Good hours, (3 shifts to choose from) lots of opportunities for overtime, decent pay... awesome coworkers, easy to get an entry level job. Awesome cafeteria with lots of healthy choices (1st shift) and free Gym.

      Cons

      Sometimes mandatory OT is too much... and it can be difficult to get time off. Sometimes you only find out on Thursday or even Friday that you have to work OT on Saturday...

      Pros

      Good Work/Life balance. Excellent compensation and benefits. Company is willing to invest in you as an employee.

      Cons

      Organization is very much driven by sales teams which can sometimes be frustrating. Spend lots of time doing mundane, data entry, process oriented work that is driven by a lack of up-to-date technology and external forces.
