Pros

This was a great place to work. I worked in HR. Overall people seemed happy and there was a very cohesive team. I can't say much for other divisions. People always were open to mentoring and doing informational interviews.

Cons

I have friends who work outside of HR who say they are stressed and overworked. I think it really depends which job function you have.

Pros

1) The people - I've met and worked with bright, talented people across multiple sites and functions. 2) The culture - the current vibe is positive, the team is collaborative and leadership is approachable. There has been a big transformation over the past 5 years and it is more inclusive than it was in the past. 3) Great mission and future growth opportunity - this is a company with great technology and is focused on improving patients lives.

Cons

1) work/life balance can be a challenge in certain areas as the Company is growing and evolving itself at a fast pace. 2) while the company is growing, more work is needed to reduce costs, which can be painful and/or frustrating to impacted teams.
