Pros

Employee culture Celebrating wins Managers that enable you Compensation and promotions based more on performance than experience or years worked Lots of great tools/technology available in the labs Offices and production areas are clean and professional Moving towards automated manufacturing, variable data collection, big data analysis, basically the future Great benefits and competitive salaries Often see employees with 10+ years of experience Employee engagement is high, plenty of employee groups and ways to get involved in activities outside your project

Cons

Cross-site communication and collaboration is currently a challenge Product builder compensation has room for improvement to help retain great talent

Pros

Good training, Good field support, Good compensation plan

Cons

Decisions in the field sometimes driven by physicians committing business if a certain person is hired - often does not work out that way.

Pros

-Great perks and work/life balance. -People are great to work with and passionate. -Campus is being updated. -Innovation is encouraged and rewarded.

Cons

-Management makes all the decisions while employees have no say. -IMO my performance was not based on the quality of my work but based on the perception I was leaving from getting to work at 9:15 due to having a one year old with a wife in school and an hour commute, compared to the rest of my group all with stay-at-home moms. My reviews had nothing to do with my accomplishments. -Management called me in the middle of my vacation out of the country to tell me I was laid off. My group was given more funding for the year and then dissolved. -Needs to operate much more efficiently.
