      Well funded company solves most problems of start ups

      Cons

      Easy to get lost in the politics of long term employees. Company likes to tout thinking outside the box thinking and innovation, but the reality is innovation is obtained though acquisition, and not internal development, and thinking outside the box is better left to current management.
