Pros

Good Work/Life balance. Excellent compensation and benefits. Company is willing to invest in you as an employee.

Cons

Organization is very much driven by sales teams which can sometimes be frustrating. Spend lots of time doing mundane, data entry, process oriented work that is driven by a lack of up-to-date technology and external forces.

Pros

Very good benefits such as health insurance, annual bonus, gym, subsidized food, etc. Flexibility time if you report directly to US. Very good environment to work. It is a very good company to work.

Cons

It takes a long time to scale position because you have to meet years of experience plus a good performance. At least you move to another different position, so you can scale faster.

Limited growth opportunities. Annual pay raise is close to none.
