Pros
Depending on who you work for/with, Boston Scientific can be a great place to work! The cafeteria is good and gym has lots to offer.
Cons
The morale overall is low, layoffs abound. After 10 years, this is the 3rd executive management regime and with every regime, the last 2 administrations never walked around the home office to meet the little "people" (the folks who do all the work! There are lots of changes (not all changes are good!). Raises have been less than 3% for the past 3 years and bonuses are given to the "most important" positions.
