Management isn't engaged with production staff. There have become too many layers of management including supervisors manager-1 and manager-2. FAR TOO MANY SALARY STAFF ALLOWED TO WORK FROM HOME TOO OFTEN!!

The pay is substantially lower than other companies in the area. So much lower that the list of employes that leave here for those companies is so long it's almost a running joke that we are a training facility for the other companies. Most of them say they enjoy working here but can't afford to turn down 30-50% more money. The compensation is laughable when compared to the area's general cost of living. Most need to have multiple jobs to get by.
