      Pros

      - Great people, professional environment, very little typical "office drama" - Most employees are very effective, efficient, ethical, and responsible. Supportive atmosphere, mostly. - Solid focus on "doing the right thing" for patients and customers

      Cons

      - IT is terrible. Typical Help Desk outsourcing to India with terrible results. They let go a ton of very knowledgeable, experience IT people as well, severely impacting quality. No attention to maintaining/developing IT infrastructure. CIO is not knowledgeable, progressive, or an advocate of next generation technologies like his peers. - Some lack of creative vision for the future

      Pros

      Opportunity to assist patients with life changing medical technology. Technology of company is well researched and manufactured.

      Cons

      The sales environment is not patient driven. There sole concern is for the sales person to sell as many medical devices possible using any means necessary. On a good day I would rate there executive sales management team to be less than ethical.
