Teams are always short-staffed, raises are low, and unless you're in a role that "brings in the money" you don't feel recognized for your work.

The pay was oookkkaayy. No company car like a lot of other companies. But the biggest CON was the cult-like environment. A few folks in my region were nut job meatheads and were completely unprofessional. They value aggressiveness over professionalism and they will immediately break out the performance improvement form if you miss 3 months of quota. The last 6 months were miserable! Snakes all around. Be prepared to give lots of bro hugs and def drink the kool aid otherwise you will fail! Also there is an agenda to pit Associates against TMs. It’s very very clear.
