Great product but Poor Regional Management

Great SCS product. Involved in helping people find pain relief. Nice benefits.

Cons

Low pay and 14 hour days. As a clinical specialist, expect to be over-worked because they will not hire more people to help. Tons of turnover nationally. Dallas Region alone has lost 20 reps in last 2.5 years when regional manager was hired. Poor territory alignment. Regional management does not listen and leads by fear. No option for promotion. Very Cut-Throat and hard environment to work under.
