Coworkers are great, travel to nice places, decent pay, On site daycare, Fair pay and benefits.

Cons

Under resourced teams means it's easy to burn out. Constant push to do more with less. Complicated, cumbersome systems and processes to get anything done.

Pros

Decent benefits, decent pay, a lot of free meals.

Cons

Ridiculous deadlines, no resources, designers and engineering couldn't design a manufacturable part to save their lives. A lot of corporate nonsense. Way too many policies are expected to be fully understood. When people leave, they are not back-filled so the work just falls onto other individuals.

This is a big company that thinks taking care of people means doing everything through programs.

They pay well but the pace is slow.

Cons

The company can't innovate, can't make a decision. Not the place to be if you want to make a difference. You'll spend all your time in meetings. Management that you work with doesn't actually make decisions. If you want to be innovative this isn't the place though they think they are forward looking.
