Great friendly people and trainers who know how to teach newcomers. You get to sit down if you need to. Friendly competition is great. Helps you develop people skills and teamwork skills.

Cons

Work flow is not steady. Awkward working hours. Too much push for making more parts constantly. Weird work shifts.

I am an experienced clinical researcher and accepted a senior position in BSCI's clinical department. My experience so far has been excellent training, fantastic benefit package and superior management that fosters a team-like environment, employee focused work schedule and collaboration. I already have access to career advancement opportunities in the form of training and support. I am very happy to be part of this team of professionals and motivated to work hard with my colleagues.

Cons

As with any large company, it takes some times to determine who to contact for certain issues, but everyone I've encountered has been willing to help.

Cons

Too big, so impact can get diluted. Flat organization, so less opportunities as you go up. Model of accountability is very diluted.
