Great atmosphere, a lot of happy people. Pay and benefits are great. Haven't met even one person that's lost sight of what's really important, and for a medical device company, its always the patient. The answer to every question for a project is making something better for the patient.

Cons

Difficult to figure out what I'm supposed to do at times. People are almost too nice, in that when I ask what I should do next or what I should be working on, the response is usually "As long as you're helping out, do whatever you want!" I haven't been given enough direction to know what that means though.
