      Good working environment. Health plan. (Financial support to cover medical expenses on a few areas) Food subvention. (~70% off, food end up being really cheap)

      Cons

      There is a lot of learning related to the medical area. If you are not interested on that area/industry, that's a con.

      Techincal knowledge and experience of team members is great. Learned a lot from them.

      Very poor salary Work not distributed equally among all team members Very poor career growth. Not many promotion and recognition
