      Pros

      Skillful and Friendly staff, clear understanding of responsibilities, very good with feedback. I think it is a good place to learn while you attending college, the pay is decent and everyone is happy to answer any questions or concerns you have.Proper communication and paying attention is very crucial, also management is always around.

      Carrying a lot of stuff - sometimes not even computer related things.

      Pros

      Very prepared and professional professors. Pressure is not unbearable (although it depends on your supervisor, so ask his students before joining the lab!). Lots of opportunity for meeting world-class professor, and build relationships that will be very useful for your post-doc or entry-level job. Conveniently located just steps away from Kenmore Square.

      Cons

      Obviously Boston University is not at the level of Harvard and MIT, but how many universities are? The B line (subway to get to BU from the Allston/Brighton area) is terrible, crowded and extremely slow. So, if you live there, you might want to walk or bike to school. Administrative offices can be a bit messy, but if there is a problem usually things get sorted out.
