      - As a full-time student, they allowed me to pick my own hours were flexible with my schedule - Work with intelligent people who are all willing to help advance your career

      Cons

      - Low pay - Very little training. However, this might depend on the department - Slightly unorganized management. There were several instances when my schedule was incorrect or finalized late

      The tuition benefits as an employee are good if you are going back to school or taking classes.

      Terrible pay, I do not feel as though BU values their employees.
