Pros

They have much resource to provide you with funding and stipend...I never had a problem to work as a TA or RA...

Cons

They do not have a good resource in career development once you graduate...The only think they basically do in career development office is resume review.

Pros

Boston University has great work/life balance. All jobs, from what I can tell, are 9-5 and they do not want you working past 5pm, unless it's for an event or something specific.

Cons

It's very difficult to move up within the organization at different offices. It's almost impossible to get a title change. While they do offer cost of living increases each year, it's very minimal.
