Pros

Flexible work schedule, good benefits. The entry-level job workload allows you to pursue other goals (graduate school, launch your band, etc.) while you figure out how to not squander your youth.

Cons

This wasn't really the place for me, ultimately, so I don't think it's fair to state my beefs. I would instead say that if you wanted to pursue a career in university administration, this is a place that (at the time) fostered people who wanted that.

Pros

There is so much to learn when you work in academic setting. It was a great experience as it allow you to revise your previous courses and grade students based on your knowledge.

Cons

It is sometimes challenging but things becomes easier if you keep proper keys handy. Again sometimes it is stressful to face students who do not secure as great as other batch mates.
