      Staff are usually professional and educated.

      Salary is lower than normal. Location of main campus is bad for car access.

      Pros

      Knowledgeable management, recently restructured the department and have become much more organized. Great opportunity for student staff as well as full time employment.

      Cons

      Many policies tend to be old; a lot of doing things because it's the way it's always been done. Software is a bit outdated.
