Pros

- Large organization; many different opportunities in research and IT - opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge - access to state-of-the art fitrec (BU's gym)

Cons

- different culture depending on which department you work in - pay attention in the interview as to what kind of culture the department has. Ask yourself: do I feel that I could fit in with this group of people?

Pros

These changed vastly based on your advisers, but generally you have very flexible hours, decent pay (remember you are getting a degree too) and tons of guidance if you seek it.

Cons

Some things are unorganized and living near the area is very exspensive.
