Pros

Less intensive and cut-throat (research wise) than other better-ranked business schools. This can both help and hurt. Perhaps an easier teaching load than similarly-ranked business schools.

Cons

With the exception of certain departments within the school, the research environment is not ideal since many (most) Senior faculty are not active researchers.

Pros

Good work/life balance. Lots of opportunities to move around and learn from work in different departments. Overall, pros probably depend a lot on which department you work in.

Cons

Huge barriers to change. Senior leadership seems very devoted to image, but policies and initiatives lack depth or impact.
