Pros

Good insurance, opportunities for education, free tuition. Fun city. Great work environment, stimulating, fun. It's very exciting to live in such a vibrant city.

Cons

I can't think of any specific cons. If you are an admin, it can be frustrating that other people get to do the "cool jobs" and you don't. If that's the case.... take the opportunities to gain more training! Boston con = expensive city!

Pros

The atmosphere was very innovative. Most of the people are hard workers. The equipment is mostly state of the art.

Cons

The pay is low. Boston University tries a little too hard to boost their reputation. People could be a little more collaborative.
