Pros

The people in educational research group are very nice. The supervisor is always willing to help and solve your questions. Moreover, the part time job can also help student get a tuition deduction.

Cons

Honestly, I do not have any negative comments about working in Boston University. As a graduate student, it is really a good chance to work on campus and get to know more people.
