Pros

Salary was livable in Boston. Healthcare was provided with the BU clinic as the "primary care". This was part of a PhD program, so the "work" was part of my own research. Very little pressure, as long as I was making good progress.

Cons

Bureaucracy was more inefficient than other universities I've been a member of, but it works.

Pros

It's a good place to gain experience teaching in a large private university setting.

Cons

Other schools pay better, administrative procedures need improvement - lots of headaches.
