Pros

You will always find your niche, no matter who you are. BU has also been moving up in national and international rankings.

Cons

Such a big school with so many options, it may be hard to find your passion/major. But there's always help if you look around.

Pros

There are some great, lower-level co-workers working with you. You will be working in a college environment, where there is a high level of energy all around.

Cons

The upper management members (admins) are often very demanding. Sometimes, there is not a clear sense of direction where the admins would want the "projects" to be done.
