Pros

Very flexible schedule. Always allowed to take time off when needed. Casual work environment. Good benefits program. Little to no supervision.

Cons

The pay is absolutely horrible. There is no room for lateral movement and most jobs do not offer promotions. The only way to move up is if someone retires or gets fired.
