      -Full undergraduate tuition remission, Partial graduate tuition remission. -Fantastic insurance/benefits -PTO Holidays/Winter Break -Fun campus to work on

      -Interdepartmental/cross-school work is very difficult; too many microcosms, too little flexibility -Impossible to network in such a large university
