      When your manager is a good one, it is a lovely place to work. Nice benefits.

      I hear too many people not liking their departments and most of it comes down to their managers.

      Free housing, resume booster for event planning and crisis management

      Cons

      No clear job expectations, could be asked to do anything at supervisor's discretion, not paid, training is over a week of 9AM-9PM nonsense that you are still not paid for, and many other things that we are striking for

      Pros

      Tuition remission for employees is the only reason worth working here - get your master's and get out

      Cons

      Low pay, staff are not valued in the slightest. Faculty have their every need catered to while staff are fighting for benefits. I get paid hourly and they owe me money from overtime I've worked that they don't want to pay me for.
