Middle management is a dying breed trying to survive on its inflated egos and it’s internal political structure. If your intelligent, a high achiever and previously well paid... Avoid. The org try’s to pass itself off as an “Enterprise” Software company. It really isn’t. It’s a click and point software that thinks it can outsmart Google’s advertising rankings on an internal Poundland budget. There are much much much diverse and cost effective solutions in the market. The price of their products are overpriced and have no proven method of ROI. Their product has bottle necked and they are living in a legacy world. My advice. Run from this company. They are already in a huge amount of debt from their b round funding and will become extinct pretty quickly as internet architecture evolves rapidly
