A very siloed company as a whole. The sds role itself is very customer serviced-based, which involves you answering questions from the website’s customer chat feature, demoing the tool, etc. So, if you’re coming from an SEO strategist background it’s quite a shift and you’re not really leveraging a whole lot of your previous experience. Overall, really think about it before accepting the offer.
