I have been here for more than a year now and must say, I am quite satisfied all things considered. - It's 35 year old US based company, but quite new in India (3-4 years). They are growing quite fast in Bangalore with around 600 employees currently. - Depending on which group you are joining, you will have an opportunity to work on solving some great technical challenges using the latest tech stack. - One of the hottest industry of fintech/payments. Company is going well financially with great products and large established customer base. - Quite modern office at Bagmane capital park. Accessible through metro. 2 days in office hybrid policy. Free Lunch and snacks during breakfast and evening.

Cons

- Still trying to establish themselves in India. Did lot of hiring before establishing proper structure. Management has realized this and now focusing on building local leadership structure. - Processes are not quite mature yet for India.
