The culture is not a fit for me (and most people who aren't robotic). Teams are cliquey and passive-aggressive. It is a culture where they expect you to know what to do without having been told what to do, and then get upset when you don't do what you were supposed to do, even though you didn't know you had to do it, or even how to do it. Communication always comes across as harsh, unfriendly, and impersonal.
The people in tech roles have absolutely no people skills whatsoever. They are rude and condescending and refuse to explain things plainly (in non-tech terms).
The health benefits keep getting worse every year as well, and they take exorbitant paycheck deductions compared to other jobs. The benefits team tries to gaslight employees into thinking they are making good decisions for their employees' health, but it is really a guise to "save money" since they are now owned by Thoma Bravo.
There is also very little diversity to this company.
