Good Culture and Work Environment, Good Benefits, Employee Focused and Growing Company.

Cons

Hiring wrong leader has disrupted the entire work culture and team morale. The opening statement of every meeting goes with disrespect ( I am being Brutally Honest...). This banking leader does not trust her own team. She has report card for everyone and based on her personal interests, she will fire.
