Pros

Very nice people, always helping each other with good vibes and good collaboration. Beautiful new offices. Working in small teams. Very considerate when you have personal businesses you have to attend to. There isn't any insane work pressure, you can balance work well with your personal life.

Cons

You don't get evaluated each year, which not only puts you behind salary-wise but also damaging your ability to improve and understand what you can do better. You are very limited regarding the technologies you get to work on. There are new products developed in new technologies which only some teams get to work on, while other teams have to maintain and develop new features on the old outdated product.
