Pros
It was very flexible in terms of partly working from home.
Cons
Working from the Providence office did not seem like you are part of the company where the headquarters is probably more like what they care about. The manager from NH came once in a while and the company did do any employee reviews and raises in the last two years I was there. Also, they have nit provided parking to employees and it is expensive to park at downtown.
