Pros
Bottomline is expanding and growing their development efforts including branching out into machine learning, natural language input and a heavy focus on user experience focus. The people are what make Bottomline truly great to work for, there is a real genuine culture of working with and for each other. If you have the drive to learn there is always an opportunity to progress your career.
Cons
Work at Bottomline can be very challenging and demanding, work life balance could definitely be better but I have also found them to be very accommodating for family commitments and emergencies.
