Pros

No pros at all. The HR says the salary being given is already high and thus the employee can’t ask for night shift allowance!

Cons

Full of Cons: 1. Toxic managers. 2. Toxic work culture. 3. No work life balance at all. 4. Toxic manager practices favouritism. 5. Indians are treated like dogs in this company. 6. British managers are worst than worst. 7. Sudden change in shift plans and you cannot reach out to anyone and everytime manager would say its demand from Higher management. 8. HRs are toxic manager’s puppets. 9. If you raise your voice, you will be shown silent exit from the company. 10. You can’t take leaves on Indian festivals. Rather, US folks does get leaves on their festivals. 11. Even if you somehow take sick leave then toxic manager won’t approve your leaves. 13. Full of toxic office politics. 14. British Managers are worst than worst. They will show very clean during hiring time but the moment you are hired, your life will be screwed by that manager. 15. Your appraisals will be delayed like anything and when it’s given after a prolonged delay, the rating will be given without discussing with you. 16. No feedback for managers. 17. Managers are Hitler in this crap Company. 19. Your leaves are just for namesake as you can’t utilise them and at the year end they are tend to lapse. 20. Too much trouble for managers to allow leave. 21. No night shift allowance is given by the company if you work in support team. And you cannot Complain anyone as HRs say there is no night shift allowance but you will have to work free of cost. HRs say that the salary offered for the role is only very high and thus employee should not expect any shift allowance from the company. If you argue, you will be shown exit. 22. Join Bottomline Technologies only if you are ready to take risk of being unemployed for sometime all of a sudden as there is NO JOB SECURITY IN BOTTOMLINE TECHNOLOGIES.

Pros

There are no pros at working with BT

Cons

The indian management is very bad. The managers are very toxic towards their employees. Bottomline India follows the rule of hiring and firing that's why you'll see a lot openings every time. They don't give you good salary hikes instead they give you strees, anxiety and depression. Indian Managers are like slaves here they don't have any stand.
