      There's nothing to celebrate with them

      Cons

      If someone likes to work in a stressful and pressured environment then go for this company. Managers are on top of your head asking for every minute account as if you are a kid in a school like jail. No incentives just lots of politics. Most unsociable place you can work in.

      some employees can do basically nothing and get high salaries (while others work too hard for their lame salary)

      Cons

      lots of politics, corrupted management, useless HR department, old technologies. You'll be rewarded for you flattery skills and not for your contribution to the company.
