-Co-workers: they will complain and gossip as if it is their second job -Pay: is only time-based if you fulfill your requirements in said time, also very low for the stress you put up with. -Service goals: you have to get x amount of service hours, if no you have to take paid time off. Then get complained at for taking paid time off to fulfill your service hours. -Management: While there was one manager I approved of, she was not mine. The other's treated the office as if it was high school, always meddling in personal affairs that is not concerning with. -Have someone over hear something and they will take it to the n'th degree for the most minor thing. -Over-hiring then not having a large enough caseload to meet service hour goals. -Managers and Corporate will try to find ways to fire you, keep your mouth shut. -Working "40 hours a week" is impossible between clients, mandatory meetings, staff meetings, writing notes, attending appointments, and taking time out of your day whenever your boss wants to chew your ear to "just talk."

They tell you get paid for mileage but they find a way to not pay you. I racked up 325 miles in one week and got nothing reimbursed for it. They are not completely honest about the job responsibilities. All you do is transport adults and kids to places. I am not a taxi service. I was hired to help them with life goals not a transportation service. I would seriously consider all options before working there. It seems all good at first and like there are great opportunities but seriously reconsider.
